You can disable cookies in your browser and still use Mindtrainer’s website.

When you visit Mindtrainer’s website
Mindtrainer has access to regular statistical information about the website’s visitors. It is not possible to recognise individuals based on this information.

I use the web analysis tool Google Analytics at Mindtrainer’s website to analyse how my users use the website. The information is registered with Google Analytics which is a data processor for Mindtrainer.

The following information is collected about you when you visit Mindtrainer’s website:

  1. Which of Mindtrainer’s pages you click on and when you do it
  2. Wwhich browser you are using
  3. Your IP address

When you browse the internet, you leave an electronic trail which shows where you have been. This trail is made when your browser sends information to a server saying, for example, ‘I want to see the page at the address www.mindtrainer.dk’.

Most browsers will provide information about their name and version number, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7.0. The server can then return the page you have requested and show it correctly in the specific browser you are using. When your browser is requesting www.mindtrainer.dk, it sends some other information to the server in question, including your IP address (your ‘address’ on the internet). The server then knows where to send the page you requested.

The information mentioned above can be used by Mindtrainer to see the path you take to find information at www.mindtrainer.dk. The information is only used in connection with the operation of the website and for compiling statistics to be used in improving Mindtrainer’s website.
