My courses – two examples:

The early signs of stress: what do they look like, what do you do when you encounter them – and how can you avoid them? 

The course provides you with:

  • Knowledge of how to distinguish between healthy stress and unhealthy stress.
  • An accurate description of what the early signs of stress look like – so you know exactly what to look for in yourself and your employees.
  • Knowledge of how to respond if you encounter the early symptoms of stress in yourself or employees.
  • Knowledge of how to get out of stress most effectively.
  • What you need to know about restitution, sleep, and work-life balance.
  • Concrete techniques for optimizing your mental resilience.

This course is based on the latest research-based knowledge about stress, stress prevention, resilience, sleep, restitution, work-life balance and leadership psychology. During the course you will be presented with this knowledge in the form of concrete and practical tools that can be applied immediately after the course. For example, after the course, you will know how to keep a clear head during your busy day.

Det GODE parforhold. Hvordan du får det, og hvordan du bevarer det.

Det GODE parforhold definerer jeg som værende et med gensidig kærlighed, respekt, loyalitet, oprigtig interesse, samhørighed samt enighed om grundlæggende værdier. Et parforhold, som det føles helt rigtigt at være i. Et parforhold, der er flow i.

  • hvilke ting, der mentalt skal være på plads i dig, før du er parat til leve dit ønske om det GODE parforhold.
  • præcis hvordan du får de ting på plads.
  • hvordan det GODE parforhold vedligeholdes.

Kurset er ikke et parforholdskursus – fokus er på, hvad DU skal have styr på og være afklaret med.
